Shipping Policy

The Monte Nero is operated by Claudia Manso Inc. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, fulfilled, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from The Monte Nero.


Order Processing

Most The Monte Nero products are produced, labeled, fulfilled, and shipped through third-party fulfillment partners and private-label manufacturers.

Because many products are made, labeled, or prepared after an order is placed, please allow time for both:

  1. Order processing / fulfillment
  2. Shipping / carrier transit

Processing time is separate from shipping time.


Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–9 business days, depending on the product, fulfillment partner, order size, inventory status, and production requirements.

During high-volume periods, holidays, supplier delays, or promotional periods, processing may take longer.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping carrier, destination, selected shipping method, and fulfillment location.

Estimated shipping times are usually:

  • United States: 3–10 business days after fulfillment
  • Canada: 5–15 business days after fulfillment
  • International orders: 7–21 business days after fulfillment

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Total Estimated Delivery Time

Because our products may require production and fulfillment before shipping, the total estimated delivery time is usually:

  • United States: 5–15 business days
  • Canada: 7–20 business days
  • International orders: 10–30 business days

Some orders may arrive sooner. Some may take longer due to carrier delays, customs, holidays, weather, address issues, or fulfillment partner delays.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order, destination, product weight, shipping method, and available carrier options.

The Monte Nero may offer free shipping promotions or free shipping thresholds from time to time.

Current free shipping offer:

Free shipping on orders over $59, when available at checkout.


Multiple Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages.

Because The Monte Nero works with different fulfillment partners, items in the same order may be fulfilled from different locations and may arrive separately.

You will not be charged extra shipping unless clearly stated at checkout.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.


Delays

The Monte Nero is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Supplier or fulfillment partner delays
  • Payment verification issues
  • Events outside our control

If your order appears delayed, contact us and we will help review the shipment status.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, The Monte Nero is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or misdelivered packages.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.


Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, building staff, local carrier offices, or your delivery location.

The Monte Nero is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

We will review the issue and may work with the carrier or fulfillment partner to determine the next steps.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, leaking, defective, mislabeled, missing, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • Photo of the shipping label
  • Description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the case.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

The Monte Nero is not responsible for customs delays or additional import fees.


Order Cancellations

Orders may not be cancellable once they enter processing, production, labeling, fulfillment, or shipment.
