Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Because The Monte Nero sells personal care, skincare, grooming, and beauty products, returns are only accepted for items that are unused, unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, with all original packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please include your order number, the item name, and the reason for the return.
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, leaking, missing, mislabeled, or if you received the wrong item. Include clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and the issue.
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the case.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened skincare products
- Used grooming products
- Used haircare products
- Used body care products
- Products with broken seals
- Products not in original packaging
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Final sale items
- Custom or personalized products
Personal care and beauty products cannot be returned once opened or used.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may not be cancellable once they have entered production or fulfillment.
Because many of our products are made, labeled, or fulfilled specifically for each order, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
However, for hygiene and safety reasons, personal care, skincare, grooming, and beauty products must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
